Journaling Workshop

This workshop is a space to sort through your thoughts on paper. It’s full of techniques to set up an exciting, useful and beautiful first journal.

£38 per place

Journaling can be so fulfilling. This workshop is designed to help people find a bespoke journaling practice to match their life and their needs in this moment.

I fell in love with journaling after hearing so much about it and then testing it out with my first journal in 2018. Journaling is now a way of life for me.

So much fun to be had!

Topics we cover:

  • Your stationery set up (Which journals, pens and other bits to you need to start? How can you utilise what you already own?)

  • Your journaling methods (Which methods of journaling suit you? This workshop allows you time to experiment with various methods to decide which ones actually work for you and your aims)

  • Journaling inspiration (A quick look at current online journalers to see what can be gained from their wealth of experience)

  • The messy reality (Chance to have a sneaky peek into some REAL journals written by me, Delia. Ask me anything — no question is too rude or personal. Journaling IS personal so ask it all)

Learning methodology
of this workshop:

  • Practice - for each idea or method we cover, there is workshop time to try it out and see what works for you.

  • Curiosity and fun - all sensible and random questions are embraced. Go for it and ask what you really want to know about journaling. Get Delia’s perspective and swap ideas amongst the group.

  • Thinking time - this workshop gives you space to consider where you are at this moment in your life, what is important to you in the next couple of months and how journaling your thoughts might support you.

£38 per place

This includes:

  • All materials provided. I provide each person with an A5 sized small practice journal which includes different types of paper - lined, dotted and plain so you can see what you like best. If you have already started a journal, feel free to bring it along with you too

  • Extra support for three weeks after the workshop for any questions or opinions

  • A big cheer from me if you message after the workshop having set up a journal. We’re on separate roads travelling together. Where they take us nobody knows!
